The SISMA figaro chain machine produces Figaro, Curb, and cable chains in a wire range from 0.60 to 2.20 mm.
The sequence of long and short links can be easily programmed with an electronic selector. Simple adjustments, located on the front of the machine, allow for rapid wire size changes.
It is a fully mechanical machine, equipped with two opposing spiral stations, one right and one left, for link formation. Each station is equipped with its own dedicated knife set and façon, ensuring complete control over the size of the chain links. A floating gripper moves the chain from the right to the left spiral in programmable combinations.
This machine is particularly suited to hollow wire production, where the geometry of the links and the closure of the joint are crucial for a quality product with zero waste.
