Wire guiding device for hollow wire

The machine has been designed to perform the orientation of hollow wires used in the goldsmith sector. The wire, wound on special reels, will be installed by the operator with the machine stopped. Once production has started, the device will rotate continuously and automatically on itself in order to maintain the most precise orientation of the “crimped” wire at the lower exit point.

- The wire guide is equipped with special electrical and mechanical predispositions for interfacing with chain machines. Thanks to a special sensor, it can also be installed on machines for alternating figaro chains;
- Thanks to the sensitivity of the optical fiber, the machine can work with wires of dimensions between 0.25 and 3 mm; Manual adjustment of the sensitivity of the fiber via trimmer;
- It is not necessary to change any component if the size of the wire installed on the machine is changed;
- Constant speed thanks to the stepper motor;
- Intuitive and compact control unit.
