The frame is made of quality steel welded with a gooseneck structure.

Regular welded joints and good welding strengths provide exceptional stiffness and impact resistance during intensive use.

The crankshaft is machined steel. Over-sulphinization after machining reduces wear due to friction. Rotate on lubricated rings.

Mechanical presses are used to stamp, deform and cut different types of sheet metal in a simple process driven by the force of a motor driving belts or a flywheel and a crankshaft. The energy required for the intended action (stamping, cutting/forming, etc.) is thus developed.

The base of the press holds the mold where the piston drives the mechanism according to the speed, force and height of the stroke determined. The columns guide the tool holder as required (for example punching) during the descent from top to bottom to ensure perfect alignment and the gooseneck frame counterbalances the large force applied.
